yum yum.. juz finished washin up after havin my lunch... had cooked noodles wif some vege & chicken... simple yet healthy i tink... geez... 2day is a ph... surpirsed?? @ home.... yah, didnt wan to go out... pin was nt well past few days... so wanna stay home to rest... i tot of catchin on all e rest & stuff tat i wanna do... or rather juz laze ard at home juz b4 i start work tml... yupz... startin work tml, 1st june... new work plc still @ tanjong pagar... hahhaa... arrgh.... y muz one go to work??? hahhaa..... sounds so lazy yah....

well, 2nite will b having dinner wif my family... will be tryin out tis plc called 'zi ran' @ redhill area... let u noe how it taste after 2nite ya!!!

After mtg sis eunice on sat, pin & i went west mall to walk ard while waitin for jen, jus & jesx to go 4 the nite's worship confc @ G2.... pin bought some clothes fr g2K... while i again bought sth... but tis one is sth which i needed... a pair of black heels... geez... oh oh, pin & i managed to get 3 towels @ a dollar each... & its of veri gd quality... wat a gd bargain... thanx for tellin us.. u noe who u r ya!!!

sunday, after svc, we went orchard for lunch & some shoppin again... i didnt wan to get anytg.. realli... but guess wat... i succumbed to temptations again.... i bought a top & cropped pants.... pin & jen each bought sth too... hehhee....

pin was sick on sunday nite... running a fever... so i went over to go c doc wif him on mon after visitin e polyclinic... seriously polyclinic r onli meant for pple who r nt so sick & veri free... hahhaa... coz its like 4ever having such long queue... had lunch tgt wif pin den he rested. evening, i went for a shop opening for the 1st time... my MUA had opened her shop wif another fren... so jesx & i went to gif our support...

jesx stayed over at my plc... so tues she accompanied me to pin's plc to haf lunch wif pin.. den we left for orchard to go for my pre-empt chk... wanna drop by GG5 to chk out a dress... guess wat? can find e dress... but end up gettin a pants... not sure if i cld still get e dress i wanted... haiz...

wah u realli make urself feel so deprived of shoppin u noe... else, tis is e result of it man.... 4 e 1st time, i've bought so much stuff fr GSS... & had felt the harm of juz e simple word "SALE".... hahhaa.... it could realli do so much den u cld imagine!!!

1St dAY Of GSS

iTs oFFicIaLLY tHe 1sT dAY of tHE GSS... i had arranged to mit up wif jesx to go shoppin... had wanted so much to get some new clothes... esp a cardigan which i ned... & black heels... cant even rem when's the last time i went shoppin... & had bought sth... it muz haf been at least 2-3mths ago.. wow, sounds like a deprived kid....

i reached at abt 4pm... i was atonished... roads were jammed... & inside the buildings were filled wif lotsa people... it seems like e'one doesnt ned to work & haf loads of money to spend.... hahhaa... perhaps, when others see me, they had to same tot... geez... but my main motive was to get a magic cooker fr taka which is on sale for my mum as her bday pres... it was a long delayed pres.... so finally managed to get one at a good price & wif a good brand... soo happy!!!

jesx came wif the intention of not buyin anytg... guess wat?? she ended up gettin a big white bag... it was on disc & we had further disc... fr the same plc, me too got a black bag... geez... on top of tat i got another small bag & a few veri special stuff.... geez... all my purchases were wif disc & further disc... hehehee.. soo happy... okiez, i ned to get a hold of myself... b4 i realised tat i've overspent....

oUtiNG wif DB, s@RaH & bEN

woke up in e mornin... prepared & rush out 2 mit daibui @ outram park mrt station to take the train to vIVo cItY wif her kids... perhaps the journey fr home was too long & most part were undergrd... e kids doesnt look tat enthusiastic abt takin train... we headed for lunch straight away after we reached... then we went shoppin... i bought 2 tops & a belt... db bought 3 tops... i suppose the saddest thing of the day is both of us couldnt get any shoes which we had in mind to look for one... ben had a new pair of shoes... sarah had a new bag...

in the aftn, we brought the kids to the outdoor playgrd... the kids had so much fun wif the water, slides, even juz by running ard.... hahahaa....

1sT GoWn fiTTiNG

tHanKs bIbI, jEsX & CuI for makin time to go for my 1st gown fittin... it was FUN.... 4 e 1st time, u feel soo like a PrINcEsS... tryin & tryin... changing & changin.... some were nice... but some were ok lah... but most were like too BIG.... wahahaa... oso guess i gotta try ways to make my skin tone more even... geez... will try to avoid the sun..... will b mtg up wif e designer to discuss abt my gown design in jun...



we were all famished after the fitting... so we headed LaI LaI for dinner... suggested by jesx & bibi... we had a cheese & ham toast to share (highly recommended by bibi) & 2 side dishes - salted fried chic & some squid... pin, jesx & bibi each had the beef noodle..as for me, i tried the lu rou rice (oso recommended by bibi.. wat more, ew oso said its nice)... its yummy... ermmm.. the pork has got the layer of fat... i didnt eat it tgt... but i suppose it'll be fantastic if its eaten tgt wif the meat... great & price reasonable.... can gif it a try ya!!!!

MY SUNdaY

SunDaY is a usually a church day for me... gg for mornin svc den if gg for evening svc den practically the entire day will b burnt... of coz, can oso take pockets of e time in the aftn to go shoppin wif frens or watever... but den i'll probably end up super tired at e end of e day....

last sunday was pretty packed yet sth different... after svc, i went lunch wif a few others... after lunch, pin & i went to ling's hse for a time of mit up, tgt wif qi & zhen... we saw sharlyn's weddin pics... veri well taken... zhen brought her bb... he's soo cute & chubby...

at evening, i went off to mit up hj & guys to celeb her bday.... it was a simple celeb tho.... however, the impact was great for me man... we went pasir panjang food ctr for seafood & bbq stuff... i suppose i've kinda overate... so on monday, i had a veri bad sore throat & slight fever... till 2day man... still... i enjoyed myself... geez....

tHE daY wif dAibUi

my break will b coming 2 an END veri soon... last wed & thurs, was at daibui's hse... wed, kummo & sumbui was ard too... so we went to shop alittle & had dinner tgt... sumbui's tummy is much bigger now.. but she's still a slim pregnant lady man.... tat nite, daibui & i had a gd long chat.... it was a great catch-up & a time of sharing...

thurs, i woke up pretty early... but laze ard the hse till abt 11... daibui, ben & i went to the nearby food ctr for lunch... tot wld like to haf some ben & jerry ice-cream later in the aftn... so i decided to go for sth nt too heavy & simple... mince pork noodle.... oh oh, not forgettin our aim of tis trip... to buy the famous, delicious cake from choc.a.bloc (requested by bibi).... after much discussion, we decided to try the Banana Choco Fudge... how we got to noe abt tis?? bibi actually found tis on the web & saw many gd comments... so told daibui abt it since its near her plc... who noes she herself had tried b4 & tinks tat its pretty nice too... truly, its nice... the choc is rich... & banana serving is generous... most of all, its nt too sweet... okiez, stamped "recommended"!!!! the nx round we'll try the Mum's Choco Fudge Cake... thanx daibui for the cake!!! & of coz all the other snacks tat u gave... remember ya, we prefer calbee potato chips... best is the hot & spicy in green packaging... geez... daibui was so satisfied as she felt her aim is accomplished... & of coz, bibi & i were delighted too... as we'll got all the fantastic blessings... YIPPEE!!!!

A hOt hOt daY... juz back, finished bathin & sent the pics out... tHe YAM'ers had our 1st ever outing @ the sENtoSa.... sENtosA again??? how fun can it be?? nah, u're wrong... its not the plc lor... its the company u go wif... the people - our organiser, joe.. famous amos, matt, jen, hua hua, jus, seeto, pin & meee..... i perspired soo much... & wif sand stuck all over... but we juz had such a wonderful time... ermmm, or at least i did enjoyed myself v much... lookin 4ward 2 haf more more more man!!!! jEn, where's e day's pics???

then we went harbourfront for dinner & had our little pleasant surprise for seeto.... to celeb his bday... tgt wif ew & bibi joining us... here are beautiful some pics taken...

God REALLI CarEs 4 ur eVErY NeEd

iT was pouring on tUeS morning... bibi had to wake up early e'day to prepare for work & leave home hopin to catch a cab b4 7am so as to avoid payin the xtra cab chrgs... the mornin rain wld juz made her wait more difficult... however, tat morning, as she leaves home, the rain kinda stopped... as she was approachin the roadside, a veri kind-hearted cab driver spotted bibi & stopped the car to wait for her... juz after she hopped on the cab, the rain got heavy... so bibi was so worried as to where shd she alight & the floor mayb too slippery for her.... u can never imagine how God cares for our every need.... no matter how insignificant or small u may haf tot it is... juz when the cab reaches raffles area, the heavy rain had became drizzle.... so bibi was able to get to her office building without gettin real wet.... tHAnK GOD!!!! & cont to pray unceasingly...

An Eventful & Great Weekend i hAd

My wkend was great & veri well-spent!!!


Pin was on leave last fri & tis mon… bibi & I had bought lisa wang tix for papa, mami & kum mo to go for the show on fri… mami initially didn’t wan to go coz of the congestion & hassle of takin a bus/cab home… so I’ve tot of getting a car – either borrow or rent to pick dem after the show… in the end, pin decided to take leave & rent a car to go for our weddin shoot scouting… geez… we went to places where we’ll never went & nt if u’ve gt a car to do so…. Its was relaxin & fun… I prepared some cold drinks & food for our day… so at one of the locations, we had our simple little picnic… tat evening, we went to pick bibi, ew & atzd… tgt we went ang mo kio for the famous crab… we had 3 crabs with 2 different flavours, & some other dishes… its super yummy.. but alittle pricy too… after our sumptuous dinner, we headed towards SIS to wait for my parents…

Sat, pin & I drove to rtn the car den went to ya kun to haf b’fast wif bibi…. Subsequently we went to the supermkt to gt some stuff for mami & went home… I prac my guit, rested awhile & den left home wif pin for setup at furama waterfront… tat nite, my family, tgt wif my cousins & kum mo, we went kim’s cuisine @ beach rd to celebrate mom’s day… wah, the plc is prob one of the most highly nt recommended to try plc… heheee… the food is nt nice… service = 0…. & the floor is super slippery for whatever reason… BUT… tis wat we (my family) felt… if u wanna gif it a try, juz go ahead…

I was on guit on Sunday so went church early to prepare… after svc, we had lunch wif ck & family… tho a simple & short one… its great… coz its been soo long since we had meals tgt… thanx for the time & oso the rides…

Pin was on leave on mon oso… soo happy tat pin had took leave to spent the day tgt wif me… for some reason, I was extremely happy… perhaps I felt we had no spent soo much time tgt… as in juz the both of us… relaxin... & doin little things tgt… nt havin to rush for the nx appt or to take care of things ard us… we had Mac b’fast… den stayed home awhile listenin to a song which we both fell in love wif… at abt 2plus, we set off to vivocity… wantin to catch a show… but to our surprise, there wasn’t much seats left… so in the end we went sushi tei for some food – udon, sushi, salmon salad (nice.. muz try!!!), etc... after tat, we shopped ard & pin managed to buy a pair of 3/4s & 2 tops… he was soo happy… at abt 5plus, we went secret recipe for desserts again… hahhaa… felt tat we’ve been eatin so much… oh, pin bought me a pair of shorts too… I was veri happy too… coz its sth I like & fr pin… thanx pin!!! Den we cont to shop awhile & headed home…

I felt tat my wkend was really eventful & a happy one!!!

E dAY wENt aLL wELL uNtiL....

Good morning... or rather uhmm Good Late Morning... hehee... woke up alittle late tis morning coz last nite slept late... had my brunch wif bibi, papa & mami... den bathed & prepared for D & S's weddin... yess... its D & S's wedding 2day....

den pin & i met sj & gf up for dinner @ abc mkt... half-way thru i gt an sms - e results for my ballotin is out.... we gt a queue no. tat like 5x of the no. of available flats.... looks like we've gt no chance again... i'm sad... coz its our 2nd attempt, yet we still cldn't get it... & i've prayed so hard but for some reasons which i truly dun understd y e results still like tat... & lastly, we'll still ned to answers to qns like "so how? gettin married wo a flat?" fr e'one ard us & even ourselves.... did we realli make a wrong choice of preparin marriage b4 gettin a flat?? or to want to stay in our parents area??? i realli cldn't understd....

so for tis my mood was totally changed... wat more, some stupid stuff gotta happen... & add on to my frustration... y?? y??? nt tat i'm angry wif u... juz den i realli cant comprehend y muz u pay so much for else's carelessness.... haiz i dun care liao la... since no one bothers...

OuR mTG 2daY - vivi & sam

Vivi is on toil 2day... her long awaited toil... rite?? met her for lunch & shoppin for her ROM stuff... sooo happy for her... she gt her ROm shoes at a veri gd price... uhmmm, i've gotten nothing... good?? bad??? den we met sam for dinner @ tcc... tot can mit up wif lmy too... guess she's got sth on... we had such great time catchin up... eh, at least i do.....

tHE RiNG

my lovely proposal ring had finally been done... coz my finger is realli too tiny... heheee.... size 6 leh... so the casing gotta be made from scratch... so it took quite awhile to be ready... so on 21 apr, dear pin went to pick up the ring & brought it to sgh coz i was wif bibi e entire day.... i was sooo happy... i noe it muz haf cost many mths of pin's salary... thanx pin for tis lovely gift...

oh & tml i'll b mtg vivi for shoppin... havnt been shoppin ever since my weddin prep commenced... coz ned to save every little tat i could.... uhmm shd i juz slurge alittle tml?? heheheee... dinner will b mtg sam... & ling if she can leave work early enuf.... soo excited... gonna b mtg dem...
