Haa tat was wat he juz told me... coz i'm cooking nice food 4 him... thank God he's v easy wif food... n he appreciates it... frankly, at times i realli pity him... coz gotta eat the not so nice food tat i cook at times... haaa... but i still wanna try... like tat den can learn mah.... pin juz bear wif me 4 abit more k!!! geez....

well, tml we'll b having soup, a meat & vege.... muz realli thank my mum for guiding & giving me all the advice.... dun tink soup will turn out bad lah... pray hard tat the meat & vege will b good...

Saturday's Lunch

Woke up with excitment... coz I'm heading to bt merah central ntuc to get my ingredients for lunch later... Eh, again nothing much.... Tired to cook fishball + meatball soup.... The thing I'm proud of is, I tot of how to make the soup base & how to make the meatball.... Wahahhaa... Of coz i confirmed my tots with my mum & my walkin recipe book.... Tink my theory realli not bad....

Pin wanted macaroni instead of rice, so i cook tat to go with my soup.... The soup is yummy... Pin agreed too... Geez... Uhmm the meatball was a little to blend... Nvm, will perfect it the nx round... Tink tis quite a gd & quick 1 dish meal to whip up.... Coz got meat, fishball (pin's fav) & vege + soup (pin's fav as well).... no salt oso....

Oh no pic tis round coz was too excited to try the dish & forgot all abt it... heee....

My latest try out - Chicken bake rice

Looks not bad yah... geez... Did tis on sat... Pin says, its yummy!!! Didn't use the rite cheese (cheapo mah)... Else, it shd looks even better... At least the golden brown shd be more uniform.... Well, tis isn't a very difficult dish indeed.... Thanks for the recipe n advice dorcas.... You're like my walkin recipe.... heee.... I luv tis kind of 1 dish meal.... Easy n quick to whip up kind.... Oh & muz thank bibi & EW osoo... For having b'fast wif me on sat & helping me wif my marketing...

Simple dinner

Not knowing what to haf for dinner... we decided to whip up a simple meal since we haf some vege in the fridge...

So we had vege, bak kut teh soup (left fr yest), steam egg & bah ting (canned food)...

Ehh... taste ok la... geez.... Making an effort to cook more often....

hahaa.. suddenly was motivated to cook sth tis wkend for my family... decided to cook prawn noodles... coz yvonne said its pretty easy.... n i tot so too.... geez.... thanx yvonne, for giving me e instructions.... so i tried today... uhmm i find it ok onli.... but was happy tat my family, pin & ew were all veri encouragin.... thanx!!! but nvm, i'll try again nx time ya!!!
